A couple (yikes!) months ago my family came in to visit! My mother was already here, and my grandparents and aunt drove in from Houston. One of the benefits of living in Little Rock is being in driving distance of my extended family who mostly live in Texas. The girls have visited with my GG, Papaw and Aunt Linda a few times before, and they quickly warmed up to them again!
My Aunt Linda got a room at a hotel close by that had a pool. The girls loved going to the "big pool" (not to be confused with the kiddie pool in our back yard). It's amazing how quickly they've learned to swim with their floaties on!
We also took a trip to the Bridge for an afternoon walk.
My Aunt Linda raised three boys. She has a 4 year old grandson, and a one year old grand daughter. The girls gave her some practice on ponytails!
We had a wonderful visit, and hope to see them again soon!
