From Rain to Sun - To LA we go!

In true my life as a med student fashion, we flew to Los Angeles shortly following what would have been my cardiovascular exam but became Matilda's short stay in the hospital. The girls were AMAZING on the plane!!!! Incredible. They literally fell asleep as we were taking off on both plane rides there (there isn't a non-stop flight). They awoke the next morning full of cheer!

They adapted quickly again to Papa and Gramma.


We took full advatage of the beautiful weather with lots of stroller rides in the neighborhood.

My mom had put together a number of toys

which my dad in his need to organize, brought in a big wicker basket to help keep them put up. Well, turns out the girls loved having their toys in the basket too!
Uncle Mark loved having the girls in and got lots of cuddle time with them.

James was able to make in back to Cali from the Bokah bus tour in time for Christmas too!

I think everyone enjoyed the trip!
